Photodynamic machine currently used at the QEH, supplied by an Australian branch of the Swiss firm Galderma. It has improved technology and the lamp can treat larger areas.

Fibre-optic cable passed through a bronchoscope ....
..... under general anaesthetic. Fibre-optic cable is passed through the biopsy channel of the bronchoscope to illuminate the tumour. Bronchoscope held by clamp.
An attempt to treat a transitional cell bladder cancer. The bladder was catheterised, filled with Intralipid and the fibre was coiled with in it. Needles inserted into a recurrent skin nodule following mastectomy with a successful result. Control panel for the laser beam at 627.8 nm
